So like many people, I have been trying to eat healthier. Not so much diet but a change of my eating lifestyle. One of the perks of this is that I have a lot of fresh food ingredients to photograph. This morning I switched from my regular white flour pancakes, butter syrup, and bacon to oat meal and a Shingo pear. Ok, so I put brown sugar on there but I’m out of honey.
